Naming Rights

As soon as his school days began, Don Jungle knew hatred for his last name. All of the Tarzan jokes. “Hey, show us how you call the elephants.” In high school, when his parents moved out of state, he told the new kids that it was pronounced “Youngle.” But that brought on more laughs than ever. Finally, in college, Don met his future wife, and they agreed that he would take her last name. At last, an end to the constant ribbing. Don looked forward to better days, with his love, Connie Hwan.
