You’re just a pedestrian, says the truck says the no-turn-on-red right-turning car the what-red-light bike the who-needs-sidewalks road commission the governor the president the river the willow the whistling hawk the sequined shawl of snow the sun on my braid the perfect vee of geese Pedestrian! Pedestrian! they honk I watch the traffic helicopter plow across their pretty path
