Nominations for
The Best Small Fictions 2021

 

MacQueen’s Quinterly is pleased to announce the nomination of five works (which we published during calendar year 2020) for the seventh annual Best Small Fictions Anthology:

Best of luck to each of these nominees! And many thanks for publishing with MacQ.

Results will be announced in spring 2021, and the anthology will be published in the fall. More information about the Best Small Fictions series is available at Sonder Press.

Update, 7 January 2021: Guest Editor of The Best Small Fictions 2021 was announced today on Facebook as Rion Amilcar Scott, author of two collections of short fiction, The World Doesn’t Require You (2019) and Insurrections (2016). Scott also teaches Creative Writing at the University of Maryland.
